Thank you for choosing Duclipz. This License explains how you may use footage and photos (“Assets”) you obtain from duclipz.com. It’s designed to be simple and creator-friendly. By downloading or using an Asset, you agree to these terms and to the site’s Terms & Conditions.

Quick summary:

Non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license for one account holder (the “Licensee”) and one end client per project. Unlimited audience. You can edit the Asset freely. You cannot resell, share, or redistribute the raw files.

1) What you’re allowed to do

  • Commercial use permitted. Use in client work, paid ads, brand videos, films, TV/OTT, social media, websites, apps, and internal company content.

  • Worldwide & perpetual. No geographic or time limits for approved uses.

  • Unlimited audience. No cap on views, impressions, or ad spend.

  • Unlimited edits. You may cut, crop, loop, slow/fast, color grade, add text/effects, and combine with other media.

  • One end client per project. Agencies/freelancers may use an Asset in a project for a single end client. New client/project = obtain a new license.

  • YouTube friendly. You may publish on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc. We recommend adding a line in the description such as:

“Licensed footage from Duclipz — Order #XXXX.”

  • Proof of license. Your Order Number is your license reference. You can also download a License PDF from My Account → Downloads.

2) What’s not allowed

  • No resale or sharing of source files. Do not upload, share, or redistribute the raw Asset files (or close derivatives) on stock marketplaces, file hosts, or with third parties outside your project team/end client.

  • No stand-alone distribution. Don’t provide the Asset in a way that enables others to extract it as a stock/clip replacement (e.g., as a downloadable pack, open drive, or layered deliverable).

  • No use in logos/trademarks. You can’t register an Asset (in whole or significant part) as a logo, trademark, or brand identifier.

  • No defamatory/illegal/sensitive uses. Don’t portray people or places in unlawful, hateful, or misleading ways.

  • No AI training. You may not use Assets to train or seed machine learning or generative AI models.

  • Templates for resale: Using Assets in design/editing templates that you sell or distribute (e.g., After Effects, Canva, app templates) requires our Extended License (contact us).

3) Seats, teams, and delivery

  • One seat = the account holder. Teammates or contractors may work on the project only to the extent necessaryand must not use the Asset outside your licensed project.

  • End-client delivery is OK as a flattened/finished video or embedded in a production. Do not pass raw files to the end client unless they also hold a valid Duclipz license.

4) Releases & editorial notes

  • Releases. Where marked “Editorial Use Only,” you must not use the Asset in advertising or commercial endorsement. For Assets not marked editorial, we strive to secure appropriate releases when needed. If you have questions for high-visibility campaigns, contact us.

  • Trademarks/brands. Some recognizable brands/products may appear incidentally in footage. You are responsible for final clearance when required by your use.

  • Music & audio. Unless stated, Duclipz licenses cover visual content only. Any music/sfx you add must be properly licensed by you.

5) Ownership & rights

  • No transfer of copyright. Your license grants use; it does not transfer ownership of the Asset.

  • Non-exclusive. The same Asset may be licensed to others.

  • Order-based proof. Keep your order confirmation/number for records and audits.

6) Extended License

You may need an Extended License if you want to:

  • Use Assets in templates or products intended for resale or mass distribution;

  • Embed Assets in on-demand customization platforms (users generate their own derivatives);

  • Any scenario where third parties could reuse or extract the Asset.

Contact us with a brief description of your project for a quick decision: duclipz.com@gmail.com.

7) YouTube & Content ID

If a third-party claim appears on YouTube:

  1. Dispute the claim with the message: “Licensed footage from Duclipz — Order #XXXX.”

  2. Email duclipz.com@gmail.com with your video URL and Order Number so we can assist.

8) Termination

This license terminates if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Asset and remove it from future productions where feasible. Past distributed final productions may remain published if they complied at the time of release.

9) Warranty & liability

Assets are provided “as is.” We use reasonable care to ensure quality, but we do not guarantee suitability for your specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duclipz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don’t allow such limitations; your rights may vary.
