1) Account

How do I create an account?
Go to My Account → Register. If Google / Facebook buttons appear, you can sign in with one click.
I can’t log in / forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Lost your password?” on the login page to reset. You’ll receive an email with a secure reset link.
Can I update my email or profile details?
Yes — go to Account details. If you need the email on past orders/licenses changed, contact support.

2) Footage & Quality

What formats and resolutions do you provide?
Most clips are 4K (or higher) in common editing codecs/containers suitable for Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and DaVinci Resolve. Exact specs vary per item and are shown on each product page.
Are preview watermarks visible in the purchased files?
No. Watermarks exist only in previews. Purchased files are clean.
Are clips exclusive?
We curate high-quality footage for professional use. Unless stated as “exclusive,” items are not exclusive.

3) Copyright & License

Who owns the copyright?
Duclipz (or its contributors) retains full copyright. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the footage per our License.
Do I need to credit Duclipz?
Credit is appreciated but not required. For YouTube, we recommend adding: “Licensed footage from Duclipz — Order #[YOUR_ORDER_NO]”.
Can my whole team use the same file?
One license = one account/seat. For teams or multi-seat usage, please contact us.

4) Usage & Restrictions

What can I do with the licensed footage?
Use in films, ads, social media, web, app, broadcast (per license terms on site). Allowed to edit, cut, color grade, and combine with other media. Not allowed to resell, share, or redistribute the raw file(s).
Any prohibited uses?
Don’t redistribute or resell the raw files, don’t claim ownership, and don’t use in unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content. Some clips may have additional restrictions noted on their pages.

5) Download & Delivery

Where do I download my purchased files?
Go to My Account → Downloads. Your eligible items will be listed with download links.
How long are downloads available?
You can re-download from your account as long as the item remains in our library and your account is in good standing.
My download failed or the link doesn’t work.
Please try a stable connection and a modern browser. If the issue persists, contact support with your order number.

6) License Document

How do I get my license document?
Go to My Account → Downloads and click Download License next to the file. The license references your order number as proof.
Can I regenerate the license later?
Yes. The license can be generated again; its content stays consistent for the same order and account.

7) Subscriptions

7.1 How do subscriptions work?
Each plan includes a set number of downloads, and unused downloads do not expire at month-end (roll over). The system does not auto-renew (auto-renew off), so you won’t be charged automatically.
7.2 Do you auto-renew my plan each month?
No. We do not auto-renew, so there’s nothing to cancel unless you decide to purchase again later.
7.3 What if I run out of downloads?
You can buy clips individually or purchase another plan. Rollover means unused downloads carry forward until used.

8) Payments & Billing

8.1 What payment methods do you accept?
Currently: PayPal and Manual/Bank Transfer. Coming soon: Visa/Mastercard and Crypto.
Where can I find my invoice/receipt?
We email your receipt after checkout. You can also view it under My Account → Orders.
What currency do you charge in?
USD (United States Dollar).

9) Refunds

Do you offer refunds?
We only refund if the purchased video file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and a working replacement cannot be provided. Please contact us within 7 days and include your order number and a short description of the issue. Otherwise, digital licenses are non-refundable.

10) Support

How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page or reply to your order email. We typically respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
Do you take custom requests?
We’d love to hear what you need. Share details via the Contact page and we’ll advise feasibility and timeline.
